- Contact request : surname, first name, telephone number, email address and message.
- Booking request : surname, first name, postal address, telephone number, email address, stay dates, preferred gîte, number of guests, options (bed linen, towels, cleaning) and message.
No payment is requested on the site.
What are they used for?
- respond to your request and check availability; ;
- draw up the rental agreement and prepare your stay if you book.
This processing is necessary to respond to your request and, if you book, to conclude and perform the rental agreement (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR). Your information is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties.
Who has access to it?
Your requests are received and processed solely by Dominique and Henri Leclercq. Technical service providers are involved in operating the site:
- Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland), the site host; ;
- Hotel Web Design, which provides the site's technical maintenance; ;
- Google, whose reCAPTCHA service protects the forms against automated submissions.
Transfers outside the European Union
The site is hosted in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection. Google may process certain technical data (IP address, browser information) in the United States; Google LLC adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
How long are they kept?
A request that does not result in a booking is kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact. If you stay with us, the information relating to the rental is kept for as long as it is being managed, then archived for the periods required by law (accounting and tax obligations).
Cookies
On your first visit, a banner allows you to accept, reject or choose the cookies that are not essential. You can change your choices at any time using the link below.
- Essential cookies : they remember your cookie choices (cookie «eucc_consent», kept for 180 days) and protect forms (reCAPTCHA). They do not require your consent.
- External media : the Google Maps map is only loaded after you give your consent.

The information collected is stored in our various booking systems on secure, SSL-certified databases.
This database includes: customers’ names, addresses, telephone numbers, job titles, company names and credit card details. We may also record other information such as your preferences regarding your room, meals, drinks and other services, as well as your stay history at our establishment.
Purpose of data collection by the operating company
Through the website, the operating company collects the data concerning you that is strictly necessary for the following purposes:
- To manage your requests for information and bookings, as well as any loyalty programme;
- To improve and personalise the operating company’s services in order to facilitate your browsing on the website;

We attach paramount importance to the authenticity and transparency of the reviews published on our website.
